Mobile Pro Fix provides technical inspection reports containing the device details, identified damage, repair requirements and estimated repair costs. If the device is not economically repairable, this can also be recorded in the report where applicable.
How It Works
1. Submit Your Device Details
Complete the form below and upload clear photos of the damaged device.
2. Initial Review
Our technicians will review the information and advise whether an in-store inspection is required.
3. Device Inspection
Where required, bring or send the device to our Everton Park workshop for technical assessment.
4. Receive Your Report
After completing the assessment, we’ll prepare the report and send it to your nominated email address.
Important Information
Submitting this form does not guarantee that a report can be issued from photos alone. A physical inspection of the device may be required. Report fees may apply and should be confirmed before the assessment begins. Acceptance of the report and approval of any claim remain subject to your insurer’s requirements and decision.
